This hotel is excellent value for money, offering clean rooms, daily towel changes, and well-protected windows from street noise. Its location on a pedestrian street near a number of large department stores in the main shopping area and not far from the port is perfect.

Not a massive amount of space in the bed room. Was a little tight with two large suit cases.

Location is excellent in a safe area on the main shopping street with access to all the major sights in the city.

Towels weren't changed even though requested by placing them in the bath. Shower gel was not replaced and ran out on our second day.

Great location in the city center, perfect for shopping and restaurants. The metro station is within walking distance, which makes it easy to travel around the city. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice bathrooms and amenities. I appreciated the helpful staff and the secure entry system.

The streets had a lot of litter and could have been cleaner. The hotel lacked public sitting areas, making it feel a bit cramped.

Situated right in the heart of Marseille, comfortable place ideal for exploring the old port town and places like Cassis and Bandol. Close to cafes and restaurants and all the small supermarkets. The staff are very nice and will assist with e/q regarding directions bus boat timetables etc ... Thanks Pascal ! Our room was double glazed so very quiet and there is a small lift to save from climbing the staircase. Overall I would recommend to fellow travellers and would stay again should I come back to Marseille.

Saint Ferreol is a lovely hotel; our room was very comfortable and the location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The people at the front desk (which is staffed 24 hours) were incredibly nice to us and extremely helpful (and spoke excellent English). I would love to stay there again.

Liked everything about it.

I loved the hotel's location! It was close to everything in the city, especially the Old Port, which was just a short walk away. Additionally, being on a pedestrian street made everything feel more peaceful. The staff were also fantastic and very helpful with directions.

An excellent hotel, located in the city centre, helpful and friendly staff. Every evening at the reception worked a young man, speaking in Russian.

One of the cleaners shifting advertising booklets on the dining room table, despite the fact that we put them on hold on a little table, etc.
